About Jorge Gonzalez 

​Four time Grammy Award winner  & LP Artist, Jorge Gonzalez has played profesionally for over 30 years and has recorded over 150 albums, Four which were grammy winners and Five Grammy Nominated. He has had the privilege of performing & recording with Latin Legends such as Ruben Blades, Willie Colon, Celia Cruz,  Johnny Pacheco, Ray Barretto, Larry Harlow, Juan Luis Guerra , The Spanish Harlem Orchestra, Paul Simon & Many Others.

 Jorge has performed & recorded on Enrique Iglesias Play "4 Guys Named Jose and Una Mujer Named Maria. He has recorded jingles & commercials for Dunkin Donuts, Met Life, 1-800 Cable and many others. 

Jorge also appears on the LP instructional DVD, "Drums Solos Revisited" and on "The Rhythmic Construction of a Salsa tune" - Vol.2.​​He also appears on the PBS Video Latin Music USA / The Salsa Revolution and Willie Colon's Soap Opera video "Demasiado Corazon".

Jorge has had the privilege of performing for President Bill Clinton and First Lady, Hillary Rodham Clinton at the White House. He has performed in numerous countries including Russia, Germany,  Japan, Hong Kong, Israel, Spain, Turkey, Argentina, England, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore & the Caribbean. 

Jorge cites his father, Juan Gonzalez Jr. a noted percussionist in his own right, who always encouraged and supported his musical pursuits as being the person most responsible for inspiring his musical career.
